Your information is securely stored. 

For email and website enquiries we will keep your contact details for up to 12 months from receipt within our email system. We will then dispose of your information by email purge. 

Please refrain from including any personal identifying information other than name and contact details within the body of your web contact or email as it may need to be deleted in accordance with our data privacy policy.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
